This shrub, which also goes by Kolkwitzia amabilis, has star-shaped pink flowers with a bright yellow throat. Starting in early summer, delicate flowers cover the gently arching branches. Inbetween flowers, each branch is also dotted with small, bright green foliage.

This vigorously growing plant is part of the Honeysuckle family and can be used as hedges, foundation plantings, or specimen plantings. Beautybush plants are very adaptable and low maintenance.
