This daylily is low maintenance. It can be planted in the early fall or early spring for warmer climates. For cooler climates, planting can take place any time of the year except winter. For peak flowering this daylily should be planted in a well-drained, full sun area. However, they are tough and can adapt. They are salt tolerant and will survive next to sidewalks and driveways. This daylily can be added to sloped area or under trees. To encourage re-bloom remove depleted blooms and seed pods as needed.
