Once established, this perennial plant needs little care. The leaves will turn yellow and then tan in the fall before dying back to the ground. It will return and grow larger each year. Hostas can be divided to create more plants for your garden or to share with other gardeners. The flowers are favored by hummingbirds and other pollinators.
