Yewtopia Plum Yew, Cephalotaxus harringtonia ‘Plania’, is a slow to moderate growing compact evergreen. Female plants bear small fruits that resemble tiny plums (Male plant required for fruiting.) Excellent as an accent, grouping or mass planting. Makes an excellent low-growing hedge in shady areas.
Yewtopia Plum Yew Care
Plant in moist, sandy, well-drained soil. Water regularly to establish and in extreme heat. Once established can tolerate some drought. This slow grower will require little to no pruning.

Plant 4 to 5 feet apart in groupings and mass plantings. For low-growing hedge, plant 3 to 4 feet apart, as measured from the center of each plant.
